Central Operations Business Analyst

Are you passionate about analysing complex data and creating insightful analysis and reports?

We’re looking for a business analyst to join our central operations team where you will support key business projects by creating meaningful insight for our senior leadership teams.

What can you expect from the role?

We’ll look to you to gather company data from different systems and compile it into reports and a business intelligence dashboard to be shared with our Exec and senior operations leadership team. You’ll build strong relationships with our retail and divisional directors and play a key role in identifying business trends to ensure the best decisions are made.

In your role you’ll be preparing the clinic plan for stores on a quarterly basis, planning and forecasting clinic requirements at a store, regional and divisional level. You’ll also track clinic productivity to ensure commercial and professional opportunities are maximised. You’ll have weekly control based on the labour model to identify deviations and potential opportunities to improve efficiency and make cost savings.

About you

Due to the nature of the role, we're looking for candidates with previous experience in analysis and advanced Excel and excellent data manipulation skills, preferably with previous experience in using Power BI. Previous experience in programming in Python or R language would be beneficial.
