General Function:

We are seeking a passionate Brands & Sales Excellence Training Expert to enhance our learning and development initiatives across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will motivate, train, and engage a diverse audience from wholesale clients to retail staff and office colleagues. Your consulting skills will help align training content with business needs, ensuring our workforce is equipped to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver, facilitate, and monitor engaging training programs (both in-person and virtual) tailored to local market needs. 

Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to create impactful learning curricula and activities. 

Analyse learner needs and adapt training content to meet the evolving demands of a fast-paced business environment. 

Lead learning initiatives, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and gather learner feedback for continuous improvement. 

Foster a culture of digital learning and enhance sales and client relationships through relationship-building. 

Innovate training experiences and utilize the latest trends in virtual delivery. 

Provide timely support for learner queries and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines. 

Basic Qualifications: 

Proven experience with commercial brands/products and customer experience excellence. 

Previous training delivery experience in both in-person and virtual settings. 

Retail experience at the level of District Manager, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or wholesale sales representative. 

Proficiency in digital learning tools and exceptional facilitation, communication, and motivational skills. 

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. 

Adaptable, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving with a creative mindset. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and comfortable managing reporting tasks. 

Preferred experience in the optical field and fluency in written and spoken English. 

Additional Information:

This role is hybrid with regular travel to retail sites required; candidates should be located within a commutable distance to the Ruddington or Kensington offices. 

Due to the travel element of the role, a company car will be provided to candidates
