Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our stores and colleagues? We’re looking for a learning and development coordinator based in our store support office in Ruddington. This is a part time role working 22.5 hours a week.
What can you expect from the role?
You’ll play a key role as you provide administration and support to the learning and development function to ensure we deliver on our learning and development strategy. From organising and booking venues, to reporting on our on-boarding attendance and completion, we’ll look to you to support the learning and development team to deliver an exceptional service to our stores and colleagues.
Using your knowledge and skills you’ll manage key activities such as face to face and virtual learning events through our Learning Management System.
We’ll look to you to be a key point of contact for communications, from sending updates to stores and colleagues regarding learning events, to managing the learning and development inbox, handling queries over the phone, email and face to face.

About you
We’re looking for candidates who have previous experience in a HR or Learning and development role and have previously worked with LMS, as well have advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Due to the nature of the role, we’re looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and next level organisational skills to keep up with the fast pace of the team workload. You’ll have the ability to provide insights on performance using analysis of our data and have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and leadership teams across the organisation.
