As a Operations Cluster Manager at Vision Express, you’re responsible to support in leading and managing the operational activity of stores to deliver total satisfaction to our customers.
As well as maximise sales, KPI output and profitability whilst driving engagement and the onward development & retention of our colleagues.
Your responsibilities will range from leadership and people management, sales and performance to compliance and standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take ownership and have an impact on a variety of stores.

Who is the perfect candidate?
- Experienced, engaging and successful current Store Manager, looking to develop towards a Regional Manager role
- Willingness to travel to stores as required
- Significant and proven experience in leading and managing colleagues through a history of strong KPI delivery
- Able to meet deadlines and requests set by the business and line manager
- Confident in dealing with all aspects of performance by influencing & coaching for improved output without fear of appropriately challenging the status quo
- Able to analyse and interpret data and take appropriate action
- Established and demonstratable prioritisation and organisational skills – Able to effectively manage time and diary to add greatest value
- Ability to build relationship with all relevant stakeholders to drive positive and aligned outcomes
