Role overview

Are you a strong people leader interested in working at one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers with premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?

As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for leading the culture of your store, you’ll be accountable for the management of day-to-day operations, and you’ll motivate and inspire your team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.
 
The Sunderland Roker store is based within Tesco Extra and comprises of two testing rooms. As the Store Manager of this store, you will be responsible for leading a team of six retail colleagues and one resident optometrist.

Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
