Store Operations Support Advisor

We have a newly created role within our central operations team for a store operations support advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract.

What can you expect from the role?

You’ll be a key point of contact for our store and regional managers and help them in resolving store queries by sign posting them to the correct teams for solutions. You’ll keep them updated on progress, keep track of issues, identify any key themes and also ensure that all queries are resolved within agreed timeframes.
 

We’re always looking for ways to be even better so using your knowledge you’ll provide weekly and monthly reports for all logged issues and key themes then work with stakeholders across the business to support how we can improve our ways of working.

About you

We’re looking for candidates with strong office administration experience. You’ll be confident, organised and have a customer driven approach.

You’ll be creating and developing briefings, so good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. As you’ll be building relationships with our colleagues, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the business.
