Visual Merchandising Manager

Are you an experienced visual merchandiser? We’re looking for a merchandising manager join our Merchandising and Category team. We’ll be looking to you to deliver our merchandising strategy into Vision Express stores.   

What can you expect from the role?

This opportunity will see you owning full end to end planogram management and space allocation of product which includes the creation of monthly cycle planning change documents and marketing requirements.

Using your knowledge and skills, you’ll lead a small team to provide analytical insight to support category lead initiatives, identifying opportunities to maximise brand and store performance. We’ll look to you to create communication for stores to update them with key information such as product launches and trial implementations.

About you

We’re looking for candidates experienced in visual merchandising management including planogram and space allocation management. You’ll need proven experience in project management and delivery along with Proven team management skills and the ability to develop and mentor direct reports.

Due to the nature of the role, we’re looking for someone who is organised and can manage their own diary, as you’ll be supporting on multiple projects to ensure tight deadlines are met whilst reporting effectively on their progress.
