The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to develop data-driven marketing campaigns for David Clulow. You'll implement the EssilorLuxottica brand calendar to drive eye test bookings and attract new customers. As the brand guardian, you'll support the rollout of a new brand proposition, manage local marketing for new and underperforming stores, and be the main point of contact for all brand-related matters.
You'll lead the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with our banner strategy and consistent delivery across channels. You'll create campaign briefs, lead project meetings, and ensure integrated media and creative execution. Your role will involve developing new propositions backed by data and insights to drive brand consideration, acquisition, and loyalty.
You'll manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Leading the team, you'll coach and mentor the Assistant Brand Manager and in-house Graphic Designer. You'll collaborate with global teams to optimize media plans and maximize ROI, manage the creation and distribution of customer-facing sales tools, and develop high-impact brand initiatives. Driving online eye test bookings through PPC, SEO, affiliates, and conversion rate initiatives will be key.
You'll ensure campaign messages are integrated into CRM programs, create supplier-funded marketing activations, and build the brand to enhance awareness, consideration, and advocacy. Supporting new store openings, refurbishments, and local marketing activities, you'll gather feedback from store colleagues and Regional Managers to optimize marketing activities.
