We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Senior Partnerships Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with current partners. You will be responsible for acquiring new partnerships to generate incremental sales, managing existing partner relationships, and ensuring high levels of performance and return on investment (ROI). This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring high performance and ROI from all partnerships.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and acquire new strategic partnerships, working closely with partners to create actionable plans that lead to incremental sales.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Utilise your Excel skills to report on key sales trends and partner performance, delivering insights that drive decisions and improvements.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal teams (like IT, marketing, and legal) and external partners to resolve issues and execute successful campaigns.
  • Adhoc Campaigns & Administrative Support: Help execute tactical marketing campaigns and ensure smooth administrative processes such as purchase orders and contract management.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Relationship Builder: You are skilled at establishing strong connections with partners, earning their trust, and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Fast-Paced Multitasker: You are comfortable working in an environment where priorities shift quickly. You know how to assess urgency and manage your time effectively to get things done on schedule.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: You have a good eye for reporting, confident in using Excel to track trends, analyse sales, and generate detailed reports that inform key decisions.
  • Affiliate & Partnerships Awareness: While not essential, you have an understanding of the affiliate and partnerships world. Even better if you’ve got hands-on experience in this space, but we’re happy to help you grow in this area.
  • Problem Solver: When challenges arise, you’re quick to think critically and find solutions that keep things moving forward.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You’re known for being highly organised, paying close attention to every detail to ensure smooth operations and the highest level of performance.
