Role overview
As a Finance Analyst at Vision Express, your core responsibility will be business partnering with relevant local and corporate functions to ensure control over selling costs in the Vision Express P&L. This includes collaborating with the marketing leadership team to control marketing spend; the Property and Facilities & Maintenance teams to control occupancy costs; and the IT Director to control IT spend.
As a key part of the FP&A team, you will also lead on selling cost specific budgeting and forecasting; assist in all aspects of group reporting; and take responsibility for Corporate Real Estate property approvals.

Who is the perfect candidate?
• Ability to foster strong business partnering relationships with key senior stakeholders and the confidence to challenge and influence as appropriate
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasts is critical for success in this role
• Exceptional communication skills, you should be comfortable making the complex simple for all stakeholders
• the ability to organise tasks and with a high level of adaptability
• Excel proficiency is essential and experience with reporting systems such as Essbase is highly desired
• Quality focused with a critical eye for detail
