About the role:
As an Instore POS Executive, you will be assisting the instore Communication Manager in the production and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns for our Vision Express retail estate. This role will see you manage the full lifecycle of the instore campaign from planning to execution. An example of projects you will be working on are store re-fits, re-sites, new store openings and the existing support for the whole Vision Express estate.



What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage implementation of marketing materials for store re-fits and openings.
  • Oversee ordering and stock management of promotional props.
  • Design window and hoarding vinyls for advertisements.
  • Conduct store visits to assist with point-of-sale material rollout.
  • Collaborate with teams and agencies to create effective marketing communications.
  • Streamline approval processes for marketing assets and handle purchase orders.
 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing reporting on initiatives and merchandising trials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost saving.
  • Support teamwork for efficient project delivery.
  • Gather feedback from store colleagues to optimize marketing materials.
  • Engage with Finance on invoicing queries related to marketing initiatives.
 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Self-motivated with ability to organise and prioritise workload in a fast moving, deadline driven environment
  • Previous experience in managing the full lifecycle of the project, from planning and conception to delivery/execution would be a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a strong ability to build relationships in order to collaborate with teams.
  • Creativity in design and production of marketing materials.
  • Analytical mindset to assess feedback and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail.
