General Function:

We are seeking a People Transformation Training Expert to lead our onboarding and compliance learning initiatives in the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will consult with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business needs. Collaborating with Leonardo leadership and subject matter experts, you will create engaging curricula and impactful learning experiences for a wide range of audiences from wholesale clients to retail staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate, coach, and motivate learners to develop their leadership, management, and professional skills. 

Ensure onboarding materials are current, relevant, and engaging, aligned with global and local market strategies. 

Monitor and report onboarding pathway completion for new hires, equipping them to meet organisational expectations. 

Track engagement metrics and outcomes of learning initiatives, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders. 

Collaborate with subject matter experts and global teams to fulfill local compliance learning requirements. 

Design and deliver blended in-person and virtual training courses that meet local business goals. 

Manage multiple projects and stakeholders to promote effective learning curricula for your area of focus. 

Analyse learner needs and adapt training content to meet the dynamic demands of the business. 

Lead learning initiatives and track/report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance learner engagement. 

Gather feedback and assess the impact of training on behaviors and performance; summarize findings for continuous improvement. 

Foster a culture of digital learning and client relationships through relationship-building. 

Review and update localized digital course content within your area of responsibility. 

Stay informed about market initiatives and trends to innovate learning experiences. 

Support team building and engagement initiatives by presenting at roadshows, summits, and client trade events as needed. 

Provide timely support for learner queries while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in training delivery (both virtual and in-person) and learning & development methodologies (e.g., needs analysis and evaluation). 

Proficiency in digital and virtual learning tools. 

Exceptional facilitation, communication (both written and verbal), and analytical skills. 

Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities. 

Comfortable providing effective feedback to colleagues during learning interventions. 

Proven problem-solving skills, with a creative and flexible approach. 

Ability to adapt to different circumstances and audiences while being proactive and effectively prioritizing tasks. 

Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and experience in reporting. 

Learning, Coaching or HR management qualification or equivalent experience preferred. 

Preferred experience in project management, compliance/onboarding learning, or leadership/management development. 

 

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel required; candidates should be located within a commutable distance to the Nottingham or London offices.
