Role overview

Are you interested in becoming a Retail Store Manager with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?

At Vision Express we are currently looking for a Store Manager Designate to support our stores in the Reading region, typically this will involve working between stores in Reading, Twyford and Pangbourne so the successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel to these locations. 

As part of your induction as a Store Manager Designate, you will be based in the Reading Broad Street store for the first 6 months, where you will work alongside an experienced store manager with a team of 1 assistant store manager, 3 resident optometrists and 10 retail colleagues. 

Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
