Role overview
Vision Express are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Head of Brand Marketing to lead our brand initiatives and drive impactful marketing campaigns. This position, based at our Support Office in Nottingham, offers a significant opportunity to shape our brand presence in the marketplace.

Who is the perfect candidate?
Proven experience in developing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns and managing media agency relationships.
Strong commercial acumen coupled with excellent people management skills.
A strategic thinker with outstanding project management and communication abilities.
Strong clinical and commercial awareness, with a proven ability to balance clinical excellence with business objectives.
Experienced at building out brand propositions that drive improved brand awareness and consideration, as well as bottom line commercials
Experienced at influencing multiple teams to work together to deliver effective campaigns
Experienced at interrogating consumer insight and making data led decisions
Good PR and Social Media knowledge
A track record in delivering high impact creative (including print, digital assets and TV)
Strong agency management experience
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance a distinctive brand proposition that emotionally connects with consumers and differentiates us from competitors.
The ideal candidate must be proactive and hands-on, actively engaging in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, digital, social media, and PR.
Utilise customer insights to create targeted campaigns aimed at increasing conversion rates.
Collaborate with media agencies to develop an effective advertising strategy and a performance dashboard that measures media efficiency.
Oversee the creation of an annual all-channel content plan that directs brand communication for Vision Express and David Clulow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a customer-first approach across the organization.
Manage a budget of approximately £11.5m, ensuring efficiency and a demonstrable return on investment for all activities.
