Digital Marketing Manager

Do you have experience and a flare for managing the full online marketing mix? We’re looking for a digital marketing manager to join our team. In this newly created role, you’ll be involved in the full digital marketing strategy from campaign conception to ongoing optimisation and enhancements of our channels and campaigns. We’ll be looking to you to identify new customer acquisition opportunities to plan, create and implement into our marketing campaigns.

What can you expect from the role?

With a key focus on creating joy for our customers, you’ll look for areas of opportunities to meet the demands of the market, business and our customers. In this role, you’ll be building key relationships internally with our brand marketing & CRM teams to create an omni channel approach, as well as driving support from colleagues across the business and external agencies.

We’ll look to you to develop and implement our SEO and paid search strategies to meet key business objectives. There’ll also be an opportunity to review competitor activity and identify areas of opportunities to optimise all marketing channels.

About you

We’re looking for candidates with previous experience of e-commerce and online marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced retailer. Obsessed with the customer journey, you’ll always start and end the decision-making process with the customer in the mind.

You’ll enjoy being in the detail and be prepared to get involved. A true team player and entrepreneurial, you’ll be driven to maximise sales and profits and always on the lookout for new opportunities.
